Chef Ted is a lifelong Indianapolis resident who attended Purdue University and graduated with a degree in Engineering. After a successful career, he pursued his passion for cooking and formed a catering company, Fed by Ted. His engineering-driven commitment to high standards, uniform quality and customer satisfaction serve him well as a small business owner and exacting Chef.
He attended the Chef’s Academy in Indianapolis and graduated with honors. His training included three years on the award-winning banquet team at the Conrad Hilton, a four star hotel located in Indianapolis.
Since the formation of Fed by Ted, we have had the opportunity to provide delicious food and fun events to many families, organizations and businesses in the Indianapolis area. These include office luncheons and receptions, birthday parties, wedding showers, small weddings, and anniversary parties. Chef Ted and team excel at serving buffets and sit-down dinners in clients’ homes. Servers and bartenders partner with Chef Ted to treat guests to delightful dining experiences in their home. Chef Ted also volunteers time cooking and preparing meals at Second Helpings, a food rescue operation in downtown Indianapolis.
